These terms apply when you buy and use Miso: Desk Cats, an app for macOS made by NEXT DATA CONSULTING (ABN 41 448 410 750), 68 Ridge St, Merewether NSW 2291, Australia. Miso is sold by our reseller and merchant of record, Polar (Polar Software, Inc., USA): your purchase contract is with Polar, and Polar's Buyer Terms apply to it.

Price and delivery

Miso costs €7, once. Any tax for your country is shown at checkout. Right after payment, your download and licence key are in your purchases on Polar, which also emails you the link. Miso needs macOS 14 or later.

Your licence

• You may use Miso on all the Macs you own or control, with every version 1 update.
• Please don't share, resell or publish the download or your licence key.
• Don't extract or reuse the artwork, which we license from a third party, or reverse-engineer the app except where the law allows it.
• If you seriously break these rules, we may deactivate your licence key.

Refunds

We don't refund change-of-mind purchases. You get a refund if the app doesn't work on a Mac that meets the requirements and we can't fix it, or if you were charged by mistake.

EU and UK consumers can also withdraw from the purchase within 14 days, without giving a reason, by telling us so within that time. We'll refund the full amount within 14 days of hearing from you.

Your rights and our liability

Your statutory consumer rights always apply, including under EU and UK consumer law and the Australian Consumer Law: our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under it. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the price you paid, except for fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in.
